Borderland Connect was born from a simple but powerful idea: to bring together contractors and decision-makers who shape the economic landscape of our borderland region and put them all under one roof.

In the field, contractors often pass each other on job sites and rush to the next stop. City officials review bids without ever putting faces to the names. For years, these critical players in our region's development have worked alongside  each other, but rarely together.

That's where the vision began.

Founded by Rhino Group, Borderland Connect was designed to break the barriers between builders and decisions-makers, foster stronger local partnerships, and showcase the talent and innovation right here in El Paso. It's more than a networking event - it's a platform to elevate our local workforce, strengthen regional collaboration, and ensure that the growth of our city is powered by the people who call it home.
