Abrasive Accessories

Accessories for abrasives enhance the functionality of sandpaper, surface-conditioning pads, flap wheels, and other smoothing and finishing tools for metal, wood, composites, and concrete and stone. Backing pads attach to rotary tools, providing a base for sanding and surface-conditioning discs. Mandrels and arbors are used to attach discs, wheels, and cups securely to rotary tools. Expanding drums are designed to accommodate abrasive spiral bands on suitable drum sanders and rotary tools. Sanding blocks are used to hold and stabilize sandpaper, simplifying the process of hand sanding.
